Jane Austen's Sewing Box - Jennifer Forest - 18 craft projects plus background on the Regency time period. I am glad that I ordered this book from England! There's a bunch of things I want to make in it, plus the historical information is way cool.
Summer by the Sea - Susan Wiggs - a pleasant romance book. No physical description of the act, but lots of character building and growth and discussion. Recommend, if you're looking for a good beach read.
