The Adventures of Alyx - Joanna Russ - interesting, and I am glad that I own it. I don't care for the not-explaining-much-of-anything narrative structure, but it was not horrible here.

King's Blood 4 - Sheri S. Tepper - Nice. I liked it, and will end up reading the whole series.
