For those of you who haven't seen me in my usual haunts, in real life or online, it's because this is one of the busiest weeks of my life between the not-conference here at work, and the parties that I'm throwing this weekend.

I will return eventually, there's a lot of stuff I want to post.

Recovering from the parties. Wedding shower and bachelorette party; I'm the maid of honor.

Right now, I'm getting started on the sewing for half the wedding party. The wedding is a month away. And cleaning/organizing my life. And trying to finish a doctorate. I need a 28 hour day.....

It may have been in that thread on ML where a bunch of people were saying, "This is who I am on LJ." Or you may have been friended by someone I recognized from ML, and said, "Ah! That's Serge!"

I think you talked to hun about this, but there shouldn't be a problem. Cellphones don't work out there, so we'll have to figure out how to meet up and when and where.

yes. atilla and i discussed. one of the girls bailed already, and the other is going to drive herself on account of having plans to continue up to her brother's lake house afterwards. so it'll just be me. y'all can swing by if you want, or i can drive myself. either way. i'm thinking that in front of the ticket booth at .... some set time would be the best course of action. but, yanno. my 2c.
