Butter and Fish

For hun's birthday (last week), we went to Red Lobster. I found out that in one week, they use 180 pounds of butter, 48 gallons of liquid butter, and 32 pounds of whipped butter. Wow!

Thats where I chose to go for my birthday, too :) You two have good taste! As much butter as they use, I've never got real melted butter with lobster or anything.....just the liquidy butter oil schtuff. Weird.
