The students are clamoring for their grades. U. has a suggestion. Offer them a choice. I roll my 4 sided die, or they wait for a grade.

Anyone stupid enough to take the dice deserves to flunk out, and is efficiently eliminated.

I offer my students the alternative of paying me a million euros per grade point. None of them have taken me up.
