strikethrough is (less than sign)s(greater than sign). And then the text you want struck through. And then repeat the less than and all with /s inside them.

i'm just annoyed that the meme implies that only people who are partnered don't want bigots, etc.

and i think the sentence would take too much re-working to make it work for a single person.
