I signed up at dreamwidth, because all the cool kids are doing it. Also because I will be able to crosspost with this journal, it's ad-free, and I don't completely trust SixApart.

My username there is the same as here, less the numbers.

For some reason I'm having a very difficult time 'designing' my DW site. I'm just not getting anywhere with it.

I thought DW was supposed to be more user friendly than LJ, but it seems less so.

I haven't really made the time to look at it much. I just claimed my name and set up the account.

I'm hoping for a color scheme similar to the one I have, and I intend to use the same icon.

*pokes head in* from what i've read, they're still working on the pretty-things-up part. given that they're still in beta, i wouldn't be too surprised if some more designs pop up soon.
